Who We Are
We are a kitchen specialist, not a general remodeler who also takes kitchens. Every project we run touches cabinetry, counters, plumbing, electrical and finish carpentry in the same room, and the sequence matters more than any single trade. Our project managers carry the same job from measurement to final punch, so nobody arrives on your site needing the scope explained.
The work splits about evenly between older Riverside housing stock and newer tract construction. Downtown, the Eastside, the Northside and the Wood Streets bring closed floor plans, undersized panels and cabinet runs half the length a modern household needs. Orangecrest, Mission Grove, Canyon Crest and the newer Eastvale and Rancho Cucamonga tracts bring builder-grade boxes and laminate tops that reached the end of their service life on schedule. Both are kitchen projects. Almost nothing else about them is the same.

Most full remodels run six to twelve weeks on site once material is in hand. Cabinet lead time, not labor, usually sets the schedule.
Credentials and Compliance
- Licensed, insured and bonded. A California contractor license, general liability coverage, bonding capacity confirmed per project.
- Permits pulled in our name. Plan check, inspections and sign-off are ours to schedule and ours to pass.
- Workmanship warranty. Written warranty on labor, plus the manufacturer warranty on cabinetry, counters and appliances.
- Insurance documents on request. COI and additional-insured endorsements for HOA work.
